Personal Trainer

In this role you will:

  • have the passion and desire to develop and grow a client base under the support and guidance of your fitness manager;
  • have the communication and business skills to effectively manage your client base;
  • have the ability to assess, programme and deliver first-class health and fitness training to your client base;
  • have weekly one-on-one support and development meetings with your fitness manager;
  • have weekly group training and development sessions with your fitness manager and colleagues;
  • have cutting-edge, job-specific training giving you the best possible start in your career with cityfitness; and
  • have access to advanced courses that will develop both your knowledge and skills.

To apply for this role you must:

  • have an industry recognised qualification or the passion and desire to gain one through our training programme, the coaching academy;
  • have excellent time management, organisational and follow-up skills;
  • possess excellent communication skills;
  • possess honesty and personal integrity;
  • be passionate, energetic and personable;
  • be ambitious and driven;
  • be computer literate; and
  • be CPR and First Aid certified.
