cityfitness New Plymouth update

Well what a busy month it has been, Nov 19th was the 4 hour ride-a-thon to raise money for the Breast Cancer Research through-out city fitness clubs nationally and what a turn it was, we managed to raise $800.00 to add to the grand total collected by cityfitness of $11568.80.

Three of our awesome r.p.m instructors: Sarah Leppard, Laura Rubick and Lucie Wolf led our four hour attack with 27 teams. An incredible 4 sessions with several riders returning to spare bikes to finish the final ride home.

Congrats to members Bevans Hayes, Maureen Regan, Karen McLean and Lela Gonzales who also rode the full 4 hours – great effort!!

A big thank you to our local sponsor for donating prizes from Dad’s and Lads and Nicci Goodin.

An even bigger thank you to all participating members and the team at New Plymouth, without you it wouldn’t have been the great success it was.
