Participation in the Promotion constitutes full and unconditional agreement and acceptance by each participant of the Rules, which are final on all matters relating to the Promotion.
The Promotion is available to residents of New Zealand that are over 18 years of age.
The Promotion begins October 31, 2015 at 9am and ends October 31, 2015 at 5pm.
The Prize consists of a ‘mystery’ trip within New Zealand for two with Air New Zealand. The trip consists of:
The trip consists of 3 consecutive night standard land accommodation and round trip-economy airfare from Nelson. The voucher is open-ended, but must be used within 12 months of issue date. All dates are subject to availability. Approximate retail value $1198.
The Prize must be accepted by a winning participant as awarded, is not assignable, and cannot be exchanged or substituted or combined with any other offer. Prize is not redeemable for cash or credit in part or whole.
From 9am to 5pm on 31 October, CityFitness Nelson will be open to the public for the Open House event. In order to participate in the contest, the participant must take part in our ‘Shape Up for Summer Rowing Challenge’ which involves using one of our rowing machines for 60 seconds. If the participant reaches 250 meters or more within the 60 seconds, they are automatically entered into the draw to win an Air New Zealand Mystery Break.
An entry ballot (“Entry”) may be obtained at the Open House event in CityFitness Nelson upon arrival. The Entry, with all information completed including the distance rowed and a staff member’s signature may then be deposited in the Ballot Box after completion of the challenge. A random draw will be held at CityFitness Nelson at or shortly after 5 pm on October 31, 2015. The first Participant whose Entry is drawn from the validly completed Entries received at the Participating Club during the Promotion Period, will be eligible to win the prize. Entries must be received by no later than the end of the Promotion Period to participate in the Prize Draw. Entry ballots must be completed in full in order to be accepted and entered for the Prize Draw. If the winner is not present in the club, they will be contacted by phone and/or email.
No Purchase Necessary: There is no purchase necessary to participate. These Rules are available at the Participating Club or on-line at www.cityfitness.co.nz/NelsonOpenHouse.
The chances of winning the Prize depends on the total number of entries submitted during the Promotion Period.
(a) A random draw will be held at the Participating Club at the New Club Opening on October 31, 2015, following the end of the Promotion Period. The first Participant whose Entry is drawn from the validly completed Entries received will be eligible to win the Prize.
(b) If all conditions to receive a Prize are not completely satisfied by the Participant whose entry is drawn, CityFitness may conduct a further random draw to determine a further potential Prize winner until the available Prize has been awarded. The determination process will continue until the Prize has been awarded. Any Participant whose name is drawn for a Prize must ‘on request’ review and complete a liability/publicity release and satisfy all applicable Rules to be eligible to receive the Prize.
The Promotion is open to legal residents of New Zealand. The Promotion is NOT open to employees, representatives or agents of CityFitness or its subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, advertising and promotional agents (collectively the “Sponsors”), and members of their respective families and persons with whom they are domiciled.
CityFitnees shall have the right at any time to require proof of identity and/or eligibility to participate in the Promotion. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification. All personal and other information requested by and supplied to CityFitness for the purpose of the Promotion must be truthful, complete, accurate and in no way misleading. CityFitness reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant should such an entrant at any stage supply untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information or who fails to comply with these Rules.
CityFitness reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion without liability and without prior notice if any factor interferes with its operation as contemplated by these Rules, including but not limited to any fraud, virus or other technical problem which corrupts the administration, security, or proper operation of the Promotion. CityFitness is not responsible for theft, defects, and human errors including negligence, which may result in the failure of CityFitness to award the Prize.
