We’ve got all the essentials covered for a great workout such as pin loaded strength machines, free weights
and cardio equipment including treadmills, cross trainers, bikes and stairmasters.

Studio Timetables
Simplicity Fitness Lyall Bay will be open on the 1st September and will be staffed:
Monday – Friday: 7am – 7pm
Saturday – Sunday: 8am – 12pm
Monday – Friday: 7am – 7pm
Saturday – Sunday: 8am – 12pm
Simplicity Fitness will be open 24/7 to Premium members aged 18+.
Staffed hours for all public holidays are 8AM to 12PM.
We are unstaffed on Christmas and New Years Day.
